For successful business activities and development of a company the Institute uses a number of successfully applied tools of strategic management that provide the retargeting of internal process for business optimization and reaching the goals. One of the major documents is the company strategy, which becomes a “victory plan”, combining clear target state, tasks, methods, technics and tools, which must be used by a company to boost business value.

  • When working out the strategy the Institute analyses the environment, identifies the most promising markets and segments, growing points. Besides, the monitoring of a company’s structure, its activity and key functions are provided. On the basis of complex analyses and marketing research the key goals of the institution are set up and a phase-gate strategy is developed to achieve these goals.
  • Development and implementation of the organizational and managerial model
  • According to the research of the existing structure and institution activities and for the strategic tasks achievement the Institute develops and implements the optimum organizational and managerial model.

  • Based on the market analysis, demand and supply, the Institute identifies the top-priority sectors, the most promising products and services, as well as channels and ways of promotion.
