What restrains diversification of electronic industry?

Description

The study is intended to identify the problems, preventing the growth of civilian production, and search for possible solutions. The heads of electronic companies of various scale – from small ones to large concerns and holdings were interviewed in the study.
Respondents were asked questions concerning the current situation of civilian production in the enterprise and plans for its expansion.

Career in electronics: expectations and reality

Description

As part of the complex statistical research, managers of more than 500 organizations of the electronic complex were interviewed - from small companies to the largest concerns and holdings. Respondents were questioned about the staff of the organization, the level of wages, the motivation tools in use, the level of graduates of profile universities etc.
The research was carried out by the CRI "Electronics" in cooperation with the journal "Electronics: NTB" and the company "ECOPSY Consulting".
Experts of the leading branch organizations were involved in the analysis of the obtained data and revealed regularities.

Description

In order to establish the consistent patterns and lack of balance in the industry, the specialists of the Central Research Institute "Electronics" conducted an analysis of statistical data for 2016, provided by organizations of the electronic industry on a regular basis. The research framework was made up of statistics on more than 400 industry organizations (with a total staff of about 300 thousand people).
